Here are a few of the most asked questions of Gilbertson Enterprises.

Q. What is the difference between my store bought computer and a custom computer?
 A.  Your store bought computer may be ok for what you use it for, as long as all its functions and software fit your needs.

Q. Ok you seem to pick on the "Super Store" computer. Why aren't they all the same?
A. You hit the nail on the head. They are ALL the same. The last 25 or so customers before you paid for the exact identical computer you just bought. And guess what? So will the next 25 after you. These systems are ok in their own right, but my feeling on it is "If I am going to pay the Cadillac price I sure am not going to drive home in a Pinto".

Q. Why a Custom Computer?
A.  This all depends on you needs. If you are in a business of audio or video editing, your probability getting the same performance from a home computer is greatly reduced. Another example would be, you work for an Attorney; the probability of you needing the graphic and sound effects for a gamer may get a little nerve racking for your clients.

Q. So what am I paying for?
A. With the Super Store computer, you are paying for a factory, shipping, the store overhead, Sales commissions over the top of your factory bundled computer. A custom computer is designed for your specific needs and you are getting the computer not the overhead.

Q. So how do I get my custom computer?
A. Now here is the question that is the hardest for you. First of all you need to Contact US  or another custom builder by email, telephone or snail mail. We discuss your needs and options then send you a Quote. If you agree to the terms of the quote, we can have it to you usually within 10 business days.

Q. What’s included with my software bundles?
A. We do not supply “Software Bundles” like the Shareware or Trialware. The only software you will have installed is your licensed software.

Q. What about Recovery Discs?
A. We supply you with all your Purchased Licensed software. This means No inferior Recovery Disc’s and No Recovery Partition saving you Resources, Hard drive space and peace of mind.

Q. What is the Preventative Maintenance Plan all about?
A. This is a plan required by Gilbertson Enterprises for the Extended Warranty Program. It’s sole purpose is for cleaning the more heat stressed components as the Power Supply, CPU, Memory ,and so forth of dust and debris of the life steeling effects they cause.
