  Gilbertson Enterprises was founded in 1986 on the premise that if a job can't be done correctly then you should leave it to the experts.
Our same theory holds true when it comes to your personal computer, small business computer, servers or workstations. Why would you want to purchase a computer that will not meet your specific needs? Why would you want to purchase a computer that may be only as good as it's so called warranty?
  We at Gilbertson Enterprises listen to you and care about your needs and expectations on how your computer is supposed to work for you.
You wouldn't purchase your appliances this way, nor would you when it comes to your automobile or home without the assurance of being built right.
  We have been leading pioneers not just in being the best, but also the first in many aspects in computer design.
  We were the first to extend the warranty to its limits. For example, Say the hard drive has a 3 year warranty but the rest of the components like memory, motherboard, video and sound card only have a one year warranty. We were the first to extend our warranty to meet or exceed the longest component warranty, in this scenario the hard drive. How are we able to do this you might ask?
The keyword is research. We not only research components by functionality, quality and manufacturer longevity, but also longevity of the component itself. How long will it last beyond its warranty under normal use? 
The components we use in our computers are of the best quality, functionality and the majority of our manufactures have been in business since the 70’s and before the days of the 286 and 386 computer systems. We will never install cheaper generic less functional components, nor will we work with the “Here Today Gone Tomorrow” manufacturers.
  Another thing about our systems is that they are custom built to your specifications and needs. We will not build a one size fits all computer like you get in the Super Stores. We were the first to refuse loading our computers with Shareware, Trial ware, Time limited software or force ware. Every system we build only gets your purchased (Licensed) Software installed. All the original licensed software CD's and DVD's are included and packed at the time of pickup or delivery.

It makes sense, and it works. Unfortunately, it has become a trend in the last decade for major computer companies to stop focusing on meeting the needs of their customers. Instead, many rely on flashy marketing techniques to make their lower quality systems look more appealing. Be careful when comparing their pricing to Gilbertson Enterprises. Be sure not to fall for computer systems with misleading advertising and substandard parts! As a custom computer specialist, Gilbertson Enterprises was founded with the goal to break the trend of low quality, one-size-fits-all computers and to provide systems with superior performance and reliability. We have gone to great trouble to structure our business in such a way that our goals are, by necessity, the same as yours! Because we have a commitment to the complete support of your computer system, we save ourselves time and money by providing the computer system that is least likely to fail. It seems perfectly logical and straight-forward to us: We can't imagine why some companies would use low quality parts. It just doesn't make sense! Furthermore, we do not hire salesmen. We hire qualified technicians. The people you talk to before your purchase are qualified to build that same computer and give you support after your purchase. We have better things to do than hire a somebody without computer experience to feed you canned answers. It all ties back to our philosophy that the best way to run a business is to focus on your product. Get rid of the hype, and focus on your goal -- quality computers!

 Our growth strategy is always changing as we learn and expand. We began by using common Internet advertising channels and search engines. We quickly learned what did and didn't work, and we've been able to make our advertising many times more efficient than it was when we started. Obviously, with the kind of business philosophy we have, our growth strategy relies heavily on word of mouth. The most encouraging aspect of our strategy is that we know that it works. We are constantly updating our administrative systems and processes to keep up with tomorrows standards. Our current business model drives down overhead costs, which lets us offer custom computers with relatively small margins. Ultimately, we give you a computer system that is hundreds of dollars below our competitors, with all the personal interaction and expertise that our customers have come to expect. We take great pride in the quality of our computers, and we don't waste time with anything that detracts us from this goal.
